If any clause included in these General Terms and Conditions is declared, in whole or in part, null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness will affect only that provision or the part thereof that is null or ineffective, with the remaining provisions remaining in force.

Under no circumstances will the Company's waiver of any right or action arising from these General Terms and Conditions imply a waiver of any other rights or actions that may correspond to it.
