RETURN POLICY – Green&Fit Coffee

In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations and due to the perishable nature of our products, the following Return Policy applies to all purchases made through Green&Fit Coffee.
❌ Returns
For food safety, hygiene, and quality control reasons, returns are not accepted for products that have been opened, used, consumed, or have had their safety seals broken.
🔄 Product Replacement (Exceptional Cases Only)
A product replacement (not a refund) may be approved only if:
- The product arrives physically damaged.
- There is a serious labeling error attributable to Green&Fit Coffee.
- The damage is clearly visible at the time of delivery and compromises the integrity of the coffee.
Requirements:
- Clear photo and/or video evidence taken at the moment of delivery.
- The product must remain unopened.
- The claim must be submitted through our official customer service channels.
❌ Claims will not be accepted if the product has been opened, consumed, or altered in any way.
🚫 Non-Eligible Cases
Returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following situations:
- Orders purchased with a “Free Shipping” promotion.
- Change of mind or purchase regret.
- Opened or used products.
- Customer errors, including incorrect shipping address or failure to receive the order.

💰 Final Sale – No Refunds
All purchases made at Green&Fit Coffee are final and non-refundable.
Due to the perishable nature of our coffee products:
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- No partial or full monetary reimbursements are available.
- No financial compensation will be provided.
Once payment is confirmed, the sale is considered final and binding.
📜 Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to our products, as they are classified as perishable food items, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
🚚 Shipping & Logistics Responsibility

Incorrect address or failed delivery:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring someone is available to receive the order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer must cover the cost of reshipping. -
Carrier delays or losses:
Once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier and a tracking number is provided, Green&Fit Coffee is not responsible for delays, losses, or errors caused by third-party carriers.
Any claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. No refunds will be issued for these reasons.
🔁 Replacements Are Not Refunds
Any approved product replacement does not constitute a refund and does not create any right to monetary reimbursement.
